About the journal

The Pan-African Journal of Management (RPM — Revue Panafricaine de Management) is an international, peer-reviewed scientific journal founded on the principles of open access and open science. Published in three languages — French, English and Arabic — it offers a multilingual and multicultural space for scholarly dialogue in management sciences.

While open to contributions from all over the world, the RPM places Africa at the heart of its editorial project, highlighting research on the managerial, economic and organisational realities of the African continent and its diaspora.

Policies

Peer review is double-blind with at least two independent reviewers. Manuscripts are screened for plagiarism (maximum similarity 15%, excluding references). The journal follows COPE guidelines and ICMJE authorship criteria. No article processing charges are levied. The full editorial policy is available in French on the French version of this page.
